Positives: The location was excellent for where we needed to be for our plans.
Negatives: Was not greeted by anyone at registration and had to say hello a couple of times to get someone from the back to come attend to my Check-in. Found that to be the situation anytime I needed assistance from the front desk. ALSO, the day we checked out, I called to report that we had forgotten my husband's hearing aids. I never could get through. I called the next day, same thing. I finally had to call the 800 reservation number for them to connect me. They told me they would check with the housekeeper and call me right back. Never heard back, called that afternoon, again the same thing. Called the next day to talk to the manager, who wasn't in until 9, and was kept on the line after they heard how upset I was to check with the housekeeper. I was told they did not find the hearing aids even though I knew we left them there on the bedside table shelf. Asked for the manager to give me a call, but I never got a call. If they would have answered the phone the day we left, they could have walked in there and found them exactly where he left them. So if you stay, watch your belongings!

Negatives: My check in was rough. We asked for connecting rooms we were put in two different floors. My room had a smell. I asked for air freshener. He told me hell try and make it to my room and that he had no more rooms available. I had to deal with it so I went downstairs to try and get air freshener. He said he had already sent housekeeping to my room Asked for his name. I met housekeeping at the elevator, and he was barely telling him about my room housekeeping went to the room refrigerator was broken and had a smell. then he calls me Said he had another room for me. I go purchase stuff downstairs same staff member said he wanted to charge it to my room and I said no he said well we cant do it I said OK Ill put it back. He said wheres your card so I gave him my card he charged me. He said he couldnt give me a receipt only gives a receipt with everyones card on it OK whatever.
