smelled musty. advertised pet friendly with no documentation concerning 10.00 a day fee for pet.$10.00 a day for 4 pound Morkie is nuts. Total rip off. Pics of facility on web are totally dis honest and do not depect actual reality.

The staff was good. They did recommend changing rooms, however we were already dressed to go to bed.

This hotel need some serious upgrades. The shower was awful! Tried to take a shower with the shower curtain completely closed off and water went all over the bathroom floor and into the hall of the bedroom. Have to order more towels to mop up the floors.

Breakfast was not good, had to ask for clean towels and room was not cleaned one day. Exercise and laundry was lock had to go to front desk to access.

Hotel is a dump. They advertise a free shuttle from DFW but it does not operate between 1pm-6pm. Youd think that would be peak operational hours but not here

They offer a free shuttle from the airport, not true, booking.com say you can have a free shuttle from the airport. We arrived and it was no shuttle, we spent a lot of money in the taxi.
