The location. It is near some restaurants and a coffee shop. The size of the room is just okay. But we expected more on the overall look and feel, since we experienced staying at Four Points in a different location which I would say, a lot better.

I was disappointed to learn that you had to pay additional $10 to have breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels and have NEVER been charged extra for breakfast.
