We had an overnight layover in Houston, this was the perfect place to stay and make it to our flight at 9am the next day. Clean, spacious room, bathroom seemed recently renovated, decent breakfast, even has a gym on site and free shuttle to/from airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are some places to eat nearby (mainly fast food); we were pretty tired and decided to order through food delivery app. Would stay again if we need a place near the airport.

The room we got felt slightly damp/stuffy. We were not too bothered though as we were staying for only one night.

1. We booked a balcony room and paid a lot of money for a balcony room (as per room fascility) - there was no balcony room. The windows was shut and you cannot even open it to allow for fresh air. Horrible experience, 2. The manager on site was absolutely useless, as we talk to him about our unhappiness, there was a group of people nearby that was very noisy - I had to shout over them to make myself heard. He didn't even bother to quiet them or direct us to a quiet area or his office. He also tried to shift the blame on whatever is wrong to the account of Booking.com and didn't want to take any responsibility. The worst manager I have ever met. There was no butter at breakfast and the meat was horrible. For a Hilton Hotel, this Hotel must be ashamed. The worst place I have ever been. They do not deserve their current rating at Booking.com.
