They were out of towels. We only had two full size in room for three people and none available at pool or desk. We booked specifically because of pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was not hot. When traveling with children that can make or break your day!

Very old, almost every item in our suite was ripped (couch, chair, carpet) old smell in the bedroom. The elevator and rooms need to be redone! It was also the worst breakfast we had in a long time. Its a shame we are usually happy with the homewood chain anywhere else.
