Professionalism and the staff. Wonderful place to stay HOWEVER the price could be to much.
Negatives:
The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain as it should. Took so much time and made everything feel disgusting. Key card continuously didn’t work and had to change them. For the price of room ; I don’t think there should be an early check in fee. Especially when there is a room available already and not inconveniencing anyone to have to clean one early.

Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Couch (sleeper sofa) with table was nice. Motion sensor nightlight in bathroom was great. Light-up refrigerator was great. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and competent.
Negatives:
TV signal was glitchy always, no matter what time or channel. Programs kept freezing. WiFi signal was weak. Location was long walk from convention center. Shula's Restaurant was only open Mon-Thurs. Many other restaurants downtown were only open for lunch.
