The breakfast was good. And the courtyard was nice.
Negatives:
The spout for the waffle batter wasn't working properly. Me and another lady had to fight with it just to get some out. After telling the employee it wasn't working it took awhile for her to return she took out the container shook it, it worked for a minute and stopped again.
The bed was too firm my husband and I had a terrible night. I'm glad we only book one night.

Positives:
The price for the location was the best. You can't beat a 20 min. drive to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful when the A/C quit working. They were also nice enough to get a fridge for our initial room, due to it missing one.
Negatives:
The A/C quit working at some point during the day on our last night. I spoke to the desk attendant and was told I would be put into a suite. I went back to my old room to pack up everything to move. When I returned to the front desk, I was given my new room number. I went to the room opened the door and it was identical to my old room, bummer. But the air worked so that was a plus. But it was missing the fridge which I needed to keep my insulin cold. It was in the evening and the desk attendant did not know where the dolly was to move a fridge. Luckly, I had a small cooler with me and was able to use ice from the ice machine to keep it cold. Also, wear some kind of footwear in the rooms, the floors will turn your white socks black. The carpets need a good cleaning.

There was a disturbance 2 rooms down from us that didn’t let us sleep. According to the staff they couldn’t do anything about for the victim asked them not to call the cops. We didn’t get asked to move to another room or anything either, we just had to deal with the yelling & noise disturbance all night.
