Positives:
The price for the location was the best. You can't beat a 20 min. drive to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful when the A/C quit working. They were also nice enough to get a fridge for our initial room, due to it missing one.
Negatives:
The A/C quit working at some point during the day on our last night. I spoke to the desk attendant and was told I would be put into a suite. I went back to my old room to pack up everything to move. When I returned to the front desk, I was given my new room number. I went to the room opened the door and it was identical to my old room, bummer. But the air worked so that was a plus. But it was missing the fridge which I needed to keep my insulin cold. It was in the evening and the desk attendant did not know where the dolly was to move a fridge. Luckly, I had a small cooler with me and was able to use ice from the ice machine to keep it cold. Also, wear some kind of footwear in the rooms, the floors will turn your white socks black. The carpets need a good cleaning.

There was a disturbance 2 rooms down from us that didn’t let us sleep. According to the staff they couldn’t do anything about for the victim asked them not to call the cops. We didn’t get asked to move to another room or anything either, we just had to deal with the yelling & noise disturbance all night.

Location was great. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great customer service. Shoutout to Isaac and Michael. Grounds very nice and well kept. Huge breakfast room. Nice selection for continental breakfast. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Lots of pillows

Hallways and doors could use some new paint and hardware. Windows needed cleaning, but can be difficult if not on the ground floor. Cabinet where microwave and coffee maker and fridge could use some updating. But, loved having those in the room as I brought back leftovers from local restaurants.

Breakfast could use more instructions / labels - eg, the waffle maker a great bonus, but no one understood how to use it.
