Travelers with light baggage will be fine, but heavy bags or lots of bags not so much. The hotel doesn't have elevators - stairs only. I was on the 2nd floor. The front desk clerk helped me take bags upstairs. It was late, if not I'd found another hotel.

My only issues was there was a system error that triple charged me for the cost of the room and triple deposits. So of course nothing can be done, but now I have $500 stuck in pending charges and my card locked out the night before vacation.

A very quite, calm and friendly environment to be.
Positives:
The location was RIGHT next to the airport and it was super clean and comfy! Smooth check in process as well.
Negatives:
THE ONLY THING i did not like was how early breakfast ended LOL. I couldnt make my aunt her waffle. Thats it LOL
