$20 chk in early room had ants&roaches/charged me 50 deposit then. They. Charged $50 more at 4 pm front desk said oh well and hung up on me five time it's illegal to run my card like that and i leftat 730 cuz I was so mad and the n 67. was charged @4

Very comfortable and well appointed. Nice soft topper on the bed. Really appreciated the full size coffee maker and the dishwasher. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

The bathroom fan is connected to the light switch, so it comes on whenever the light is switched on. The heating/cooling unit was a little loud.
Negatives:
Almost all of the washers & dryers in the laundry room did not work. Clogged bathtub. The toilet was falling apart. The microwave handle fell apart. The light fixture in the bathroom was not intact.

The room was not clean. There were roaches, the bathtub was not clean, and it looked like no one vacuumed. When we were checking in the woman told the other employee that there was an issue with our room and still put us in the room. Why?
