Negatives: Open drug use in the parking lots.....poor lighting in parking lot.....floor plan was cluttered.....non smoking room, smelled very smoky......general run down appearance.......staff not terribly interested in customer service

Negatives: Room smelled mouldy and the floor was filthy.

Negatives: The room was super small, it smelled like moth balls, it was dirty, the was no housekeeping

Negatives: Too many cockroaches crawling during nighttime.

Negatives: Someone came inside the room. Staff could not tell me anything had things missing and someone had left vape and cleaning products in room I felt unsafe knowing someone entered the room and took few on my things. Told office and they didn't seem like they cared

Negatives: Where do I begin. We arrived to a mold smelling room with a hole in the wall and a note saying go to the office. They moved us to another room that was non smoking when I reserved smoking. My mate called and they brought an ashtray. Smelled like extreme bleach but the floors were dirty with dead roaches. Once it started getting dark there were roaches crawling everywhere. I kept my shoes on and afraid to put our dinner down anywhere. Roaches on table, nightstand, tv stand and crawling in and out of ac unit. The toilet barely flushed then took forever to fill. Kitchette had no pots, utensils .Great valentine's day for us, not! Woke up to no water the next morning. Then when it finally came on, the toilet ran constantly. Everything felt dirty and faulty. Ruined Valentine's day for us. Had the nerve to ask if we were extending our stay. We left an hour before check out.

Negatives: Drug infested, roaches crawling everywhere, housekeeping doesn’t clean well and the sign says extended stay but it isn’t. Was a freeze outside and the heater never worked, card didn’t work the next morning for me to get bk in my room and no one is ever in the office at night. Please do better
