Positives:
Room was located on the 16th floor. Incredibly spacious and clean. There was a full corner couch, floor to ceiling windows with a view of uptown Houston. Secure elevators that required key cards and quick service. Great location in the mall, with easy parking options.
Negatives:
Nit picking but the lighting like most hotels can be dim. In order for the room to be fully illuminated required switching on all the lights such as the hallway, bed side lamps, desk lamps, standing lamps, which also made turning in for the night more of a chore. This is somewhat consistent with most hotels.

Staff Doubled charged me . They seem incompetent when it was time to charge at 1st they charged me $376 then they charged $317 . Also gave me the wrong room. So did not get to enjoy my stay
