Negatives: Cleaning folks didn’t show up for 2 days and nothing in room to specify the schedule

Negatives: There was a musty/urine smell in the room. It also took almost an hour t get from the airport to the motel with the free shuttle due to all the other motel stops

Negatives: Room very old and shower was rusty and had a cockroach

Negatives: Pretty much everything

Negatives: Would not eat at restaurant on site, there was someone in kitchen making sickening noises that turned us off from dining there.

Negatives: Had last minute changes to travel plans but hotel was completely unable to respond to any type of communication. They did not answer phone, ignored all emails and messages through this app.

Negatives: Air quality in room

Negatives: 1st room- broken door that connected to another room and curtains broken 2nd room- carpet looked like it was eaten by large rats, roaches, vent had dust me and kids kept sneezing, smelled like mold, furniture was pealing and falling apart, asked to be moved at 12 midnight i was told he was looking for a room. I figured he got busy so I waited. At 3am I wind up calling the gentleman who was suppose to check for another room had left. The over night gentleman told me to come to the front for a key for another room only to come to be told to wait until tomorrow 3rd room- water stopped working was told they had pluming issue, the front desk smelled like a sewer, the AC cut off and stopped working as well. These individuals are extremely racist individual, i believe they give individuals who are black horrible services, unless it was me. I wasnt disrespectful, i respected everyone no matter how much they tried to purposely trigger me and cause chaos and confusion for my stay. Also for all the trouble they gave me not once did they attempt to even give me a bigger and better room to accomodate there horrible service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as a matter of fact its the greatest health hazzard you could even have your children at. The individuals that own the hotel are the definition of Ghetto, people pay for the establishment and they do not invest on fixing the establishment. The place is filthy, dirty, rust everywhere and then the fans and air conditioning filters are not even cleaned. These people need to be shut down permanently. I am unsure how they even passed inspection. There is no way someone mustve been paid to overlook alot of things. The streets have the biggest pot holes that would damage your vehicle. The state need to do a thorough investigation and someone need to sue these people. I believe one day they will play with the wrong individual that will destroy there entire place. Anytime I contact the front desk they ignore to answer.

Negatives: When I try to check they have problems they never once come to clean my room the whole time I had keep asking for clean towels and toilet paper
