Days Inn by Wyndham Irving Grapevine DFW Airport North

Negatives: 1st room- broken door that connected to another room and curtains broken 2nd room- carpet looked like it was eaten by large rats, roaches, vent had dust me and kids kept sneezing, smelled like mold, furniture was pealing and falling apart, asked to be moved at 12 midnight i was told he was looking for a room. I figured he got busy so I waited. At 3am I wind up calling the gentleman who was suppose to check for another room had left. The over night gentleman told me to come to the front for a key for another room only to come to be told to wait until tomorrow 3rd room- water stopped working was told they had pluming issue, the front desk smelled like a sewer, the AC cut off and stopped working as well. These individuals are extremely racist individual, i believe they give individuals who are black horrible services, unless it was me. I wasnt disrespectful, i respected everyone no matter how much they tried to purposely trigger me and cause chaos and confusion for my stay. Also for all the trouble they gave me not once did they attempt to even give me a bigger and better room to accomodate there horrible service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as a matter of fact its the greatest health hazzard you could even have your children at. The individuals that own the hotel are the definition of Ghetto, people pay for the establishment and they do not invest on fixing the establishment. The place is filthy, dirty, rust everywhere and then the fans and air conditioning filters are not even cleaned. These people need to be shut down permanently. I am unsure how they even passed inspection. There is no way someone mustve been paid to overlook alot of things. The streets have the biggest pot holes that would damage your vehicle. The state need to do a thorough investigation and someone need to sue these people. I believe one day they will play with the wrong individual that will destroy there entire place. Anytime I contact the front desk they ignore to answer.

Negatives: When I try to check they have problems they never once come to clean my room the whole time I had keep asking for clean towels and toilet paper

Negatives: There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and 2 more in the living room. I asked for a refund and called Uber to bring us to Marriott nearby.

Negatives: There were a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom.

Negatives: The room could've been cleaner. I seen 2 roaches and I came there with twin babies. The sheets were dirty as well . AND THERES NO COVERS ON THE BED.

Negatives: Breakfast could have provided more options.

Negatives: the breakfast was just fruit bars, why not provide bread and a toast maker?

Negatives: breakfast just two fruit bars, I would have liked some juice, bread and a toasting machine

Negatives: the free breakfast was just a bag with two fruit bars, I would have liked a buffet with fruit juice, bread and a toaster

Negatives: Having to submit another deposit when extending my stay.

Negatives: The bathroom was gross and had bugs in it. The towels were dirty. The pool looked disgusting. The receptionist was rude and wouldn’t give me my aaa discount. Will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.
