I came to check in Sunday evening..! And the front told me she told me they have a power outage so they cant check me today so l leave without anything.

I chose this place because it ticked two boxes that were a must for us: Complimentary airport shuttle and breakfast. When making the reservation, I asked if there was an issue with the shuttle or breakfast because we needed to be at the airport at 6:00am.
The response came back that there was no issue.
Upon arrival, we were told there was no breakfast open at that time and that they had never had airport shuttle! They blamed booking.com. Extremely dissapointed. We were openly misled and and suddenly, we had the extra expense of breakfast and transportation from and to the airport

The close proximity to the conference center
Negatives:
Bear minimums in the room , 2 towels, 2 wash rags , bed and an a/c unit.
Room was dirty with a strong smell of cigarette smoke , a light breakfast was listed on the bookings ad but no area serving the breakfast was ever found and no coffee on site . The only staff member that was around was at check in and was very friendly and professional and waived our pet fee because it was only a 1 night stay.
