This is the second time Ive stayed at this particular Townepoint Suites and I was sadly disappointed this trip. The hotel felt older and tiredcarpets need replaced, felt a bit grubby despite constant cleaning by the staff. Breakfast - which was lovely on our first stay over a year ago.. was now very hit and miss. They ran out of the basics on a regular basis (no butter for three days??!!), pastries and breads were stale.. the eggs etc. were horrible. Eating every breakfast with paper plates and plastic knives and forks felt cheap and ridiculously wasteful considering the state of the environment.
However, the worst thing was the noise from neighboring rooms which made sleep almost impossible. We paid over $1200 for 12 nights and I was very disappointed.

Overall TownePlace Suites is a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. It's about a 15 minute drive from DFW which was important to us as we had an early morning departure. The breakfast was varied and quite delicious. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked to be very well maintained. Staff were very friendly and provided recommendations for places to eat nearby. I recommend TownePlace Suites.

the fact that it was a 2 bedroom suite

The fact that we had to switch rooms 3 times due to A/C going out in room #301 and the deadbolt not locking in the room #302. Bug issues in the 3rd room #318. The printer for guest was broken. Sierra and Stephanie were very professional. We should have been offered or comped a free night due to the fact of our incovenience.
