Perfect
Positives:
My bed was comfortable. I love the pillows. I also liked that they cleaned the rooms daily. Even though the location was near the highway; it wasn't noisy at all. The location had a lot of places to eat within walking distance.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I saw a dead roach in my room. I didn't like that the remote only worked when I used the channel down button. My room was hot and I couldn't adjust the thermostat. My daughter's bed was squeaking.

After check out I called the front desk to notify I left my phone charger was behind the table and the person didn't demonstrate any effort to try to locate or check. Response was "the housekeeping check the rooms, they didnt brought anything and they left already"
No effort or interest in the customer concerns. Too bad
