Even though these rates were cheaper than other hotels, but the quality wasn't worth what we paid. The staff was bad-accused me of stealing towels, because the girls only put 2 sets of towels (1 bath, 1 hand, 1 face), I had to ask multiple times to get clean sheets and a blanket which they did not want to do, the comforts had cigarettes holds and burns, no hot water, old facilities and furniture, Staff repeatedly stated, they were over booked and didn't have time to do the things I was requesting. Not enough sheets, refrigerator had mold, rust and mildew. Asked for a new one, but front desk wanted to move me to another room, due to no staff, no mgr. on duty. I Will Never again stay here. The only good things was I didn't have to sleep outdoors or in my car. Naga, Chirshanda, Virginia was the head housekeeper alone with one of the girls, smarted off by asking us, "Why are you here, why are you staying her then?" Low water pressure

The room was not that clean. The walls needed to be cleaned, particularly around the doors. Bathroom was ok but needed to be overhauled. The sink and tub faucets kept running a bit even though they were turned off. The bed was hard with a sheet that was too small for the bed and a thin cover. Pillow was like cement.
