STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
We got a room on the 3rd floor and it smelled like wet dog and urine. The cleaning lady tried to spray the carpet with air freshener while we were in there. I immediately called the front desk lady to come smell the room herself and she placed us in another room that still smelled like dog but not as bad and the room was right underneath from the first room. We stay at a lot of pet friendly hotels and not one has smelled this bad. I told my concerns to the front and nothing happened. Management is ridiculous and only cares about money, not even trying to clean it’s carpets or the customers satisfaction. this hotel is old and needs to be torn down. DONT STAY HERE
