I enjoyed that it was close to the mall.
Negatives:
The property was disgusting, trash everywhere around the parking lot, broken air conditioning units, inaccurate check-in times listed on all platforms, no access to the listed amenities as they were either broken or being repaired. Definitely think this hotel should shut down until the property is renovated, the staff also had no sense of compensation and took several days of effort to even get ONE of my nights refunded.

Loved that MCALLEN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MFE) is close to shopping mall and uber and local taxi are available! enjoy the walks to and from to do some shopping local area and eating out places with tasty seafood. Evening, breezy walks, under the moon were great selfie pictures. Then perfect with Texas heat, a dip in the pool was perfect to cool down. Housekeeping were very attentive and respectful! Thank You ladies!

Breakfast was not offered so that is down fall. While walking to and from, maybe to certain windy days, garbage would fly into pool area. Did pick up and placed in garbage but maybe staff can do some TLC to property!
