Negatives: When I went to check in the front desk lady was trying to charge me for them room I had already payed for. When I told her I had already paid her response was “Oh ok”. The rooms smelled like cigarettes. There was writing on the walls and bathroom door.

Negatives: More greenery would be nice

Negatives: First of all, this main picture they have on here of this hotel is false. It looked nothing like that. The second of all I went for business. I came from Houston to North Richland Hills. Will you checked out at 11? They cleaned my room immediately. I left my car keys there. But I didn't notice it until I got back to houston.. But not one time the the staff from this hotel. Or anybody inform me? Hey, you're somebody left keys in the room. I don't know if that's their job but to accommodate their customers. I would hope that they would be trained. Customers service well enough to do so. Because they let me get all the way back to Houston before I realized I didn't have them. And they found them 30 minutes after I left North. That was very upsetting for me. And that was very disappointing. And I will never visit another studio 6 again because of this one. Phone call to accommodate against that's already paid. Checked out and in good standings, one phone call. You couldn't even message a call and booking.com either. You know they they could have let you all know or I'm very disappointed. And the smoke detector was not attached there was no smoke detector hooked up in

Negatives: I felt very unsafe, didn’t give enough linen for the amount of ppl who were there, trash everywhere, ppl up and down the stairs and walkway all night

Negatives: The cost was a bit high

Negatives: The staff was ride and yelled at me for going out to smoke

Negatives: Maintenance was working at the nearby staircase was loud hammering

Negatives: Unfriendly staff

Negatives: Towels and tub were dirty upon arrival. Laundry closed too early which was a main reason I chose it.
