I have stayed at this hotel before and chose it this time because it was a good stay the first time. It is comfortable and clean.

Beds were great. Service was great. Parking was great. Room was very comfortable.

Coffee is quite bitter. Not enough creamer in room.
Shower was awful. Terrible water pressure and Shower head was awful. Not enough settings. Also hand held Shower head would be better.
Breakfast area too compact. Everyone tripping over each other. Eggs were cold. Juice was terrible. There were no meat choices other than on an muffin. A full breakfast buffet would be much better.
Washing machine did not spin; had to get maintenance. So basically you need to get a better coffee brand, revamp your breakfast and the layout of it, and service your laundry area. Then I could give you 5 stars.

Coffee for the rooms was scarce (we prefer to have coffee in our room vs coming down to the lobby). When asked via an email if everything was ok, I mentioned the coffee problem and was met with just extreme defensiveness.
