Negatives: It was under construction; a lot of debris on the floor, carpet, elevator. There was a drop cloth along the hallway was a trip hazard. Horrible smell when you enter the lobby not due to construction, more of a gym/sweat smell.

Positives: Location and room size.
Negatives: They were remodeling some rooms and Im allergic to drywall dust. Called at 6 am to make us vacate our room because of water leak. Kept yelling at us so I left some electronics in room and wouldnt allow us back in to retrieve. Never found.

Positives: I did not eat the breakfast because I was so upset about the check-in
Negatives: When me and my wife checked in, they cannot find my reservation. They said it was under Booking.com. They wanted me to contact Booking.com to find out where the money was because they could not find it in their system. Well, that's not my job. I spoke to the manager for about 20 minutes before they said we'll give them a room. This was after I showed them on my online banking that I had indeed paid and it showed Hampton took the money. When we checked out, the morning young black lady did not even look at us. She had her head down looking at something and just said "Just drop the keys in the box". I never felt so under appreciated at a hotel before.

Positives: Breakfast was great and employees are kind and professional. They have tried keep it clean even when the Place is being renovated.
Negatives: Furniture and appliances were very old and not in great state but still working.
