A corporate name and a coat of paint does not cover up the disgusting filth and dirt underneath. My wife was bitten by insects in the room or bed. Nothing about this property is worth a dime or to stay a night. If Stay America were serious about being in the hospitality business they would have demolished this place and rebuilt new. Instead, we are duped by a nice new sign.

Pot smokers next door. All night partying and drinking and loud talking. Did not feel safe. Stank. Would NOT recommend.

The kitchenette was nice. Anything I needed was provided by the staff upon request. The location was perfect for our trip. The room was mostly clean.

The room was quite small but served its purpose for our trip. The carpet was not clean and actually made the soles of our feet and shoes black. There was also a thick layer of dust in the corners behind furniture

Exterior grounds needed attention. i.e. the dog litter bag dispenser was full of sticks. I expected more amenities such as a coffee pot and hair dryer—basic to all hotels. The HVAC was either too hot or too cold and noisy. I also expected there would be a dish cloth to wipe the table.
