Between Monday, May 27th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The hotel was right on the River Walk. Great location. Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast each day was very good. The staff was helpful. Mina is an exceptional person- attending to all guests with kindness. A treat for us each day was a staff member making iced lattes for us after a long day out sightseeing.
