The towels and linens were clean. Location to BMT was prime;

Bugs (roach and moth) in bathroom and the staff didn't care. Do not stay at this location. I can't believe that Wyndham still has their name on this hotel. Poorly maintained. Dirty floors, tub, sink. Does not have two pools. The 1 pool was out of order. I'm not a hotel snob, but dang, this hotel is rough.

Good deal for a nights stay if money is tight, but next time i will definitely be paying more for a hotel in a better location. Staff was cool no complaints.

I thought I was getting a deal since i am not familiar with the city, but I think I booked on the wrong side of town lol. But it's whatever nothing bad happened just location seemed sketchy.

Everything was good minus that the room we booked 2 months in advance was damaged and no one emailed us are said anything. They put us in another room when we checked in but I paid more for the other room and at this moment I have not received the difference

The bathroom was terrible. If you're a little person, you will drown in the shower. The bathroom door wouldn't shut right, and the shower door was falling off the wall. Roaches in the room.

Krystal and a few housekeepers were my favorite employees. Very helpful, always willing to fix an issue, and always thorough

The management and the owners of the property. They kicked me out for people being outside my room however it's a private property I cannot control who's in front of my door. Then said a neighbor who was two doors over was complaining about noise from coming from my room however I was alone and I mind my business
