Positives:
The price was good for the perfect location. It had us close to where we needed to go. The Room got nice and cold and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
There was roaches in the drawer, dirty bathroom floor. The shower knob was opposite, hot side was actually cold and vise versa. The Outlets in the restoom didn’t work.
My husband asked for an iron from the front desk, first one didnt work had to make another trip to the office to switch it out.

When I showed up the lobby was closed after telling them that I was arriving at a certain time. The “owner” or whoever he is was rude and kept telling me that room I booked is a no-smoking room. Like duh? He kept repeating it to me three times like I’m dumb or slow and I don’t even smoke. Plus there was his child in his little office.

The staff was rude, housekeeping would come by and pound on the door until you answered. When you would answer they were rude when asking if we needed towels. (They did not enter the room to clean anything while we were there.)
