Breakfast was amazing!! That is the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Omelettes made to order were the best! Fantastic!
Negatives:
Better explanation of what to expect from happy hour. Snacks served, just a little more information. This is definitely not a negative. We just didn’t know if to buy a small dinner or snack.

Loved the area that it was in, right by the outlet malls and shopping areas. Clean facilities, breakfast was good.
Negatives:
1 out of 3 elevators worked, and we stayed on a weekend that prom, AND graduation was taken place. 10 floors... you can assume there were some issues. My family and I even got stuck in the elevator and didn't receive an apology from staff. Hot water ran out, and my children had to take cold showers. Their drink and snack time consisted of a bowl of chips and some veggies. We've stayed in drury and received actual food. For a Hilton, I'd expect better.
