Positives:
Convenient for my travel purposes. Was able to change rooms without a problem; original room was next to parking area. The free breakfast was nice to have and there was always lemon infused water available in the reception area. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I also appreciated a list of TV channels, some places you have to scroll the guide.
Negatives:
There was no bathroom exhaust fan and I noticed some things missed in cleaning-maybe a better vacuum is needed for the staff. An outside trash bin was overflowing for several days although I did see staff picking up litter in the parking area. One night the noises from the overhead room was bothersome and there is some freeway noise.

The room was stuffy, musty smell. And there was hair in sink and tub. The holder for the hand held shower was broken and did not hold it in place.

Breakfast was as good as 9 rating hotels I´ve stayed on. Rooms were clean and with good space. Price was excellent and the location had easy access close to good restaurants and stores. Would stay there again if in need of something cheap.
Negatives:
Even though the rooms and breakfast area was clean, aisles were not always clean enough. The place is good but it does not feels as comfy as other hotels. Is more business focused, more like a holiday inn.
