The staff were fantastic. They were very attentive to issues and gave me recommendations for hikes around the area. I took them up on the recommended hikes and they were fantastic! Overall very pleasant experience.
Negatives:
The beds and door locks. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for my liking. The door locks malfunctioned and I had to have the staff reset my key card several times.

The breakfasts were very good. I liked there was a coffee bar for evening where I could get hot chocolate or tea. Cookies in the afternoon was nice.
Negatives:
The view was the back of another hotel. They are doing renovations so I couldn't use the pool.
