The hotel desk clerk Tai was unhelpful and rude . The floors were dirty. Parking was poor. There were hundreds of ants in our room. The breakfast was very very poor. Basically coffee and oatmeal. The clerk said if you don't like don't come back.

Don't stay here! There isn't a pool!! "Grab and go" breakfast is oatmeal and coffee. The sheets were dirty and they wouldn't give us new ones. "Kids stay free" but they kept our $50 deposit because we had kids, even though we left the room spotless! Yuck

Hotel employee, who checked us in, was fantastic! He was cheerful and helpful. The women who were working in the morning when we checked out were also very nice.

We did not know the pool/spa was closed for renovation. Very disappointing! The man working overnight was very rude!

There pool has been out of order for a long time and they say they have breakfast but there wasnt any. I had a very disappointed birthday girl

Lots Hotel was very dirty and smelt like marijuana. Continental breakfast was terrible. We looked under the beds and they hadnt been cleaned in a long long time. The pool and hot tub werent in service. They didnt let us know before we booked.

I chose this hotel because the listing said it had a pool, jacuzzi and breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were closed for remodeling. The breakfast was oatmeal and coffee. The microwave in the room had a door that had fallen off. The TV did not work.

The hotel was not very clean, purple gel on the walls by the sink, the breakfast was ridiculous. Coffee and oatmeal packets. Thats it, (I dont drink coffee). The pool was out of order and they had no extra pillows when I needed more.

The location was great for where we needed to be.
Negatives:
Having to get new card keys every day was cumbersome for a four day stay. I also paid for a king room and we were given a two-double room. Our microwave also was not functional. Could have been a lot better.

The TV and the heater worked.
Negatives:
The carpet was completely worn out, stained and the bare concrete was showing in some places. The tile flooring was coated with a film from the cleaner used and it was slick. The mattress and pillows were worn out, lumpy and need to be replaced.
