One tv in the room didn't have a remote. The remote for the other tv was so bad we couldn't use it. Told 3 staff members, and they all said they didn't have more remotes and couldn't do anything about it. They wouldn't let us change rooms. Told them I was checking out a day early and requested it through Booking.com, and they still charged me.
