City creek motel in downtown Salt Lake is negative stars. I called the front desk to tell them we are leaving because I killed 2 cockroaches. The kids response was well was it a lot of them or just a couple... ridiculous.

The first room, tv was broken and falling off the wall, door looked like it had been kicked in and wouldnt close, bath vent was so loud it scared me and so dirty! Baseboards were gross! The second room, hair dryer was broken, heat finally came on.
