Exceptional
Positives:
Most of the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The cleaning lady was at the counter while I was checking out. I informed the front desk male that my room was not cleaned although I had a sign up. A Caucasian older lady was there and said " I know what happened". She said that I did not put out my sign till noon. I told her that I left early morning. She said, "No I left early in the morning". I wanted to tell her that I was there for a 8 hr medical education (3 days in a row). I didn't come back to my room but there is no use in arguing. My room number was 222.

Positives:
Really surprised by this place - it is essentially a hostel for adults, but with hotel-style individual rooms. The amenities at the place really added to the adventure!
Negatives:
Really struggled with the amount of dust in my room. Sheets etc were all clean obviously, but there was a layer of dust covering a lot of the shelves and in between the rafters, and I moved my bed from the wall at one point to grab something I dropped and found some previous travellers old tissues and a THICK layer of dust. So easily fixed by just delving deeper with the vaccuum. Also found that the sign on my door wasn't enough to get new towels and had to ask reception for them after 2 days of the sign on the door. Staff were awesome though!

Positives:
Loved this place - free coffee, climbing, rentals whilst you're staying which we didn't realise. Staff super helpful. Lovely big room and bathroom. Great pizza place a block away.
Negatives:
A kettle/coffee machine in the room would've been good. Room didn't have a window but this didn't really bother us.

Positives:
Gym is great!
Negatives:
The rooms are too small and have no windows. And if you are tall you will hit your head on the sloped ceiling.

Very good
Negatives:
I really like the concept of the hotel. However, the design of the rooms needs some safety considerations. I was in a queen room, and everything was stellar except for those low wooden rafters that I had to be vigilant of because as I was yanking the bed cover, I hit my head pretty hard against the rafter. Thank God nothing bad happened. I’m 5’8 but I believe even average-height people are at risk of hitting their heads accidentally against that rafter. Also, there was a lot of noise emanating from the AC system. I did see they had ear plugs in the room but honestly, I’m not really one to readily wear them.

Safety concern with room design
Positives:
Awesome vibe and very friendly. Amazing sunrise views of the mountains.
Negatives:
Nothing didn’t like. Only thing was it’s located in a new, up and coming area which at first felt a little strange but was actually fine!
