Smell of cigarettes. Our air conditioner had a piece of pop tart stuck in it. We found an old towel on our bed when we first checked in. Stains on the walls. Stains on the towels and some were losing threads.

The location was great. The staff was super, super friendly (front desk, maids, the dude shutting down the breakfast area rocking out and singing........ but still made time to grab breakfast for my boyfriend even though is was at least 30 minutes after breakfast had closed). Security was good. It was clean compared to other places we've stayed but could be a tiny bit cleaner. The beds and pillows were comfy af. We checked in very late and were met with positivity, as well as checking out a tad late, we recieved the same positivity from a different employee. We would stay there again.
Negatives:
Clean, but not spotless. I'm a little ocd so I check under the beds when we arrive anywhere, as well as the seems in mattresses (bed bugs, there were none),sheets, comforters, baseboards, corners of showers, etc. I just like it to look like no humans had been staying there before us and feel like it's 100% sanitized. Maybe I shouldn't have cleaned hotel rooms from the age of 12-14. The gross, unsanitary things that people leave, and do..........has stuck with me for life.

This place had a very bad smell right when we went in. Once we went into our room it smelled dirty as well. The window we had didn’t lock, anyone could have broken in since the room was on the first floor. The bedding, comforter and pillows were disgusting. This place was not clean at all. We let the front desk gentleman know, and he was not surprised to hear it. He blamed it on the maids not doing a clean job. Worst experience. I am very disappointed in this place. Booking should not have this place to rent a room.
