Positives: Cheap and in downtown. Close to a lot of things.

Negatives: Smell of cigarettes. Our air conditioner had a piece of pop tart stuck in it. We found an old towel on our bed when we first checked in. Stains on the walls. Stains on the towels and some were losing threads.
