The check in staff wasn’t rude but she acted as if she hated her job. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.
In room coffee pot was awful. Need a real pot.
The big coffee pot in lobby must keep your staff busy cleaning the floor all the time. The sign that says stop pouring at 1/3 cup full isn’t noticeable, especially for people without first cup of coffee. People pull the lever and figure they know when to stop it. So coffee pours all over the floor. Really stupid pouring method.

Rudest front desk, I go to check in and there was a sign that said back in 10 minutes. When I made my reservation it was for a night and a park and ride. I specifically called the location direct to make sure that was correct, I was told yes, I said I need to be at the airport at 4 am, do you run that early, I was told yes. When I get there I was told they would shuttle, but I could not leave my car there. I told the very rude clerk, that I was told that I could, other than stand there and stare at me, she offered no solution, no apologies for the wrong information I received from one of there employees. That left me scrambling on what to do with my car. Worse customer service. Pay a little extra and go down the road to get good service, cleaner, nice friendly at the Doubletree.
