4. Overall, the room was sufficiently clean.
Negatives:
1. The water pressure from the shower jet is disappointingly low, and the shower handle design is impractical.
2. The gym lacks proper cleanliness and maintenance. It's not up to the expected standards.
3. It's absurd that there's no access to still water during breakfast.
4. The employees displayed unprofessional behavior, barely paying attention when spoken to. My colleagues from the US were equally surprised by the subpar service quality and communication.
5. The bartender's limited English proficiency left customers bewildered and seeking assistance from each other.
6. I left my hat at the hotel and called them five times. Despite promises of a callback, none occurred. Opening a customer service ticket didn't yield any real assistance, and they consistently misspelled my name in emails.
