Nothing, I my opinion avoid the dump!
Negatives:
Everything, I notified the county health department of the old urine stained mattress, the shower with holes in the flooring. I cancelled my reservation and disputed the one night charge with my credit card company. I took pictures, but unfortunately could not reproduce the smell of the room and mattress.
