The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night. The Refrigerator and Kitchenette were nice to have.
Negatives:
The black-out blinds on the window were not very good, and there was a spotlight outside my room. There was no cooking utensils, plates silverware, pots or pans in the room. Why is there a kitchenette but no way to cook?

The location was great for our purposes. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a mini kitchen with a big fridge, microwave, and a mini cooktop. The staff was friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The room is a great size and the kitchen had everything we needed. I like all the kitchen cabinet & drawer space (plus hand towel, dish soap and toaster). There are a good amount of hangers. This is our 2nd year spending a week at Christmas..
Negatives:
The refrigerator wasn't turned on prior to our arrival (I called 5 hrs in advance to say when we'd be arriving) so it smelled and was warm. It didn't come on when we flipped the switch ON. Upon reporting this to the front desk, she didn't offer to come look at it, she just said "Did you flip the breaker?" That did work. It turned off 3 more times in 6 days & we had to flip breaker. Maybe the door hitting it shut it off
What we really would have liked would be a "Walk in Shower" for older
people.
