Staff is very pleasant. I stayed 4 nights and my plans changed. I had to stay another 8 nights. I had to change rooms because they had reservations and all king rooms were taken. The receptionist was so nice she gave me a room on the same floor and let me check in early.

Location was about the only good thing about this place and they have hot water. I didn't have to set the alarm because the dog in the next room woke me up in the morning
Negatives:
Everything! Breakfast was awful. It looked like and tasted like it was from the previous day. The mattress in the room was an old spring mattress that was very uncomfortable. Stains on the wall, chairs, curtains and on the floor. There was a few homeless people in the stairwell the morning I was checking out. Everything in the room is out dated, very small tv with very few channels. Staff was not friendly. I also had a hard time getting to sleep because of a big barking dog in the next room and also woke up to the dog barking in the morning!
