Very tired and old-feeling room/suite. It was more like a 2 1/2 star room with really worn-out bedding. Ithe food at the breakfast boffet was low-quality and very plain. I was astonished that this is supposed to be 4 star!

We booked a club level room and, after check in, we were told that the club lounge was under renovation. Not a problem, but when asked if we could just eat breakfast in the restaurant or just pay for a regular room, the staff wasnt accommodating at all, and stated that booking a Club level room at this Sheraton doesnt actually include Club lounge access. We have stayed at other Sheraton hotels, always in Club level rooms, and have always had access to the lounge, so not sure what is going on at this location. In any case, if you choose to stay here, just book a regular room because thats all that you will get.

Good location on the north end of Alexandria.
Negatives:
They fail to mention that the airport shuttle only runs once per hour on the hour. First come, first served. Ended up taking a cab both ways so factor another $50 into your stay. Breakfast was buffet style, limited, and expensive.

The location was excellent! Restaurants and bars in walking distance. Our first room was awful (Room 1015). Right by the lifts and really loud. We were moved to Room 703 which was but better. We did not use the car park.

The noise from the lift shaft was awful. Even though it is in an excellent location we didn't feel it was worth the money.
