Proximity to DC and that it was dog friendly.

The staff person who checked me in failed to point out that there was a planned power outage for Sunday morning which resulted in us leaving the hotel without showers. The staff person was wearing an earbud and his engagement was not 100%.

The room was very clean and big. The location was excellent for the price. A few minutes away from the Whitehouse and all the other tourist attractions.

They charge USD 35 for parking. I would have not booked this hotel if I had known this better. Overall expenses for the night increased because of that.
