Yes the staff was very rude and we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned from the previous people who had stayed there and the staff did not care or do anything about the issues. It took the staff over 40 mins to even get us checked in.

Positives:
Common area facilities and room were nice, welcoming and clean. Buffet breakfast was typical of the hotel industry. Parking was adequate, but not worthy of a $10 parking fee.
Negatives:
The room rate quoted via my Booking.com business account booking/reservation was not honored by the property and their management was unwilling to adjust my bill to reflect what Booking quoted me. I did not appreciate the $10 parking fee for a generic spot in the wide open parking lot!!! Just another way to gouge customers.

There are 2 hotels that are connected,staff only focuses on the more fancy hotel ,horrible customer service,no one ever at the front desk.The first night there ,when I woke up to get my family breakfast there was nothing at all ,no breakfast was served.Manager was extremely rude ,I would never stay here again,this experience was terrible,I’d even paid to stay a bit later and the housekeeping wouldn’t leave me alone and told me it was time to check out ,when I went to the front desk and paid for more time to check out,communication is terrible.

I called to confirm my reservation they told me they didn’t have one after I already paid upon arrival they told me there was nothing they could do so calling booking.com got them to realize they put my last name in as my first name . Then I was charged $50 for a “security deposit” but was never told about it only found out from bank statements . Still have not been refunded. Staff was rude and unhelpful

Breakfast was fine. My husband and son enjoyed the eggs, sausage and potatoes very much. When we got the proper room (the second and third nights), it was fabulous! Exactly what we'd hoped for. We were also able to park very close to where our room was located. We simply walked down the stairs across from our room and out to the parking lot.
Negatives:
My husband said the coffee was terrible. We had the wrong type of room the first night and very noisy people above us. The hotel had been overbooked, so we got the room we wanted for the second and third nights. We were also given some bonus points for the mistake.
