Negatives: The fact that there were somewhat bed buds in the corner of the walls that were babies but dead because I looked up on goggle what they look like. Told front desk staff was told no more king size beds were available that I had to get two double. Then front desk tried to tell me my breakfast went included in my rate but it was because I had proof. Overall ok experience

Positives: Convenient to get to areas I needed to get to.
Negatives: The hotel is dated. They do seem to be renovating but, it feels a bit run down and dirty. The hallway floor obviously hadn't been vacuumed in days. The pillows are atrocious.

Positives: I like that there member guest text me once I was in my room to make sure everything was great.
Negatives: I didn't like that they wanted you keep a credit card on file when you're paying cash and that they put a extra $25 hold on your card just in case if you want to get anything from there little area of snacks for convenience
