Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Breakfast was below standards. Hotel could use some updating.

Negatives: There were people up very late making noise and people smoking cigarettes and marijuana whereas the odor were very strong into my room. I did request a non-smoking room and when I tried to book a room, they told me there weren't anymore handicapped rooms available, so I opted for a regular room with a king size bed and non-smoking. When I got there though a handicapped room became available on the first floor, which I needed also, and I was very happy about that. They kindly accommodated me but I don't know if that was a non-smoking room or not. The floors were somewhat dirty. It looked clean but some parts of the floor were sticky. The room also had a musty odor as well. You get what you pay for.

Negatives: I could hear everything in the hallway. The wifi wasn’t the best, it kept going out. And the floor wasn’t cleaned prior.

Negatives: Some dispensers were not were working in the bathroom and there weren’t any elevators.

Negatives: This was my 2nd time visiting after last year. I was super impressed last time with the renovation and cleanliness, but it all faded within a year. We were given the last room on the top floor, and the first room given to us was not cleaned and made ready for the next guest. Went down got the keys to the new room. The floor was sticky, so you couldn't think of walking barefoot. The bathroom floor apparently was not cleaned. The bedsheets did smell like someone had already used them. Since it was late in the night and the last available room, we were not in the capacity to ask for change. People were smoking weed in the patio, and we, being the last room, had to sleep with that smell. Also, there was a lot of noise through the night.

Negatives: No elevator

Negatives: They got upset and refuse me another night at the room didnt say why or what reason telling me get out here calling my kids ugly the only thing I can think they was upset because I had to call 911 because my 1 year old had a seizure due to febrile seizure from her shots. And the ambulance came and took us to the hospital is they upset about that if is not sorry I did it my child comes first they treated us wrong no room service they looked at me and my kids funny I just recommend not this place

Negatives: Well, I stayed there a couple nights and the first night before I gave my kids a bath, my youngest one she accidentally knocked the trashcan over in someone underwear and bloody pad fell out the trashcan. I told them what happened no one came and got it out the room I asked them do they want me to leave it at the door they said yes, and it was sitting at the door all night long. after that I had another reservation that today and when I had my reservation I was already staying there and they told me that you know if you want to make another reservation. I will have to come back at three for check in time because they was going to renovate the room that I was in because they was going to paint it I asked is they gonna give me another room they said yes they is gonna give me another room just come back at three when I came back at three when I walked right in with my oldest daughter, t he said, why are you here he was like did anyone tell you that you cannot stay here you can’t stay here no more than 2 to 3 nights and I said oh why I can’t stay here no more than 2 to 3 nights he said it’s a policy and I asked other people that was staying there. They said they’ve been staying there for months and I asked him why I can’t stay there no more than two or three nights what did I do? They said they can’t tell me they just said I couldn’t stay there no more than 2 to 3 nights and I just need to get out of here. He told me get out me get out call me and my child the b word. He called me and my child ugly he called me homeless and then after that he went tell me what was going on. He called the police on me just because I kept asking him what was the issue after that the only thing that I could think of and like I told the police that my daughter end up having a seizure yesterday after she has shots and I think it’s like febrile seizure.

Negatives: There were people smoking on the back stairwell to where I couldn’t bring my kids down to the car and had to go all the way to the front door. The hallways had a strong pet urine smell.

Negatives: Honestly… I was a little surprised by the number of homeless people loitering around the entrances of the building. I am from New York City, so I'm kind of used to seeing it, I just did not expect it here.

Negatives: Noisy, hallway smelled like cat piss in one area. Breakfast sucked.
