Overall, the visit was very...
Positives:
They did not have a Hot Breakfast because they were waiting on a new stove/oven...no eggs, sausage, bacon etc. everyone was disappointed...had yogurt, fruit and bagels....I needed some protein so I went to a restaurant to get some breakfast.
Negatives:
The lock on my room door on the outside was broken and held on by tape!! It was very hard to get into the room because the door was damaged and the lock would not recognize the key card unless you swiped it at least five times....which was very annoying. Other than the door issues and no Hot Breakfast my room was wonderful. The soft king sized bed was the best part of it all.....I slept well!!

Filthy rooms, ROACHES! Mold, dirty linen, noise from slamming door that needs repair in hallway area. Staff who showed no experience in customer service and were miserable acting as if they knew why we were dissatisfied but could care less because they have heard it before. No attempts to make our stay better or even offer a refund. NO HOT WATER!

The hallways, showers, floors in room were dirty. The locks on the doors kept going in and out. Took us awhile to get the door to open with the handle but didn’t want to keep bothering the staff because they were handling other situations.

Upon arrival, our room was dirty, food remnants on the counter, food crumbs and trash on the floor. Mold on curtains. Wall paper peeling off the bathroom walls and mold. Gross stains on the couch. Lights partially out in bathroom. An awful dirty feet smell. The bed linens smelled of other people and not a fresh clean smell. Should not be 3 star hotel.
No compensation for the most uncomfortable stay.
