I booked online my total was $63 and I requested 1st floor becse I was in 2 medical boots and when I got there the lady said I would have to pay extra for the 1st floor so $63 turned into $100 I think was wrong

I called this online company called travluor for 54.54$ and I gave the motel my information and I was asked for my card. When I checked out I noticed I was charged 56.32$ figures r only one night
Saturday I accidentally scheduled a room online and immediately tried to cancel it. Just to find out I could not do it because the manager is not on duty so I couldn’t cancel in less than 5 minutes. I was now being charged and I am in Alabama not Virginia trying to explain. Sent a letter and now just called and was informed Muriel was going to be in from 11-7 instead of 3-11

We were put in a room that wasn't ready. The microwave didn't work.we called front desk they said they'd send someone we waited 3hrs! We tried to call front desk again to see if they were coming for over an hr no on answered.
