Our room was dirty. I had to go out and buy bleach spray and clean the entire bathroom. I bought towels as the ones provided looked stained. I bought and used deodorizing spray as the room did not smell good and questioned the overall cleanliness.

I liked the convince of the location to where I needed to be.
Negatives:
Everything. I spent 2 weeks in a row here and both weeks I had issues. The first week I didn't have a kitchen sink due to the drain not being attached, and no one came and fixed it. The second week started off with a room that smelled, had no locks that really worked and barely any hot water. I had given front desk information both times and nothing was done till my husband called. Though the sink was never fixed.

The toilet would run non stop unless you turned the supply off, there were constantly homeless looking people wandering around. Pricing is a little high for the experience.

I liked that the beds were clean and that it was in central hub of hotels and places.
Negatives:
The room itself wasn't clean with grime in tub, smudges on walls and burns In counter. Stray hairs and muck. A cabinet drawer was missing. The first room they gave us was not cleaned of trash or beds done as well as it smelt like smoke. We had to wait a long time to change rooms after a long day.
