Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 23, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
